AffiliNation — Terms & Conditions of Membership

1. Who We Are

The AffiliNation community (“AffiliNation”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by AffiliNation Agency Ltd., a company registered in England & Wales.

Our community is an online membership platform delivered primarily through Discord, providing affiliate marketing education, coaching, brand campaign opportunities, and related services to creators and online business owners.

2. Eligibility

Membership is open to anyone aged 18 or over.

By purchasing a membership, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are entering into this agreement in your personal or business capacity
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• The information you provide at the point of purchase is accurate and complete

AffiliNation reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership at our own discretion.

3. What Your Membership Includes

Depending on your membership tier, your subscription gives you access to some or all of the following:

• Coaching calls and replays — live group calls and access to recordings
• Brand campaign opportunities — briefings, invitations to campaigns, and creator matching with brands
• Content reviews and feedback — personalised review of your content by the coaching team
• Creator matching with brands — introductions and matching to relevant brand partnerships
• 1-to-1 mentoring sessions — individual sessions with AffiliNation management (as included in your fee or purchased separately)
• Educational resources and guides — access to our resource library, tools, and materials
• Community support — direct support from the AffiliNation team and coaching staff via Discord
• Community access — participation in the AffiliNation Discord server and associated channels

The specific benefits included in each membership tier are set out at the point of purchase and may be updated from time to time. We will notify members of any material changes to tier benefits in advance.

4. What Membership Is Not

Your membership is a subscription for access to services, resources, and community. It is not:

• A guarantee of income, earnings, or any specific commercial outcome
• An employment contract, agency agreement, or managed service arrangement
• A promise that you will secure brand deals, achieve specific GMV, or generate any particular level of revenue
• A commitment that any brand opportunities introduced through the community will be available to you specifically

Results depend entirely on your own effort, consistency, and application of what you learn. AffiliNation provides the tools, coaching, and opportunities — what you do with them is your responsibility.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Full details of our cancellation and refund terms are set out in our separate Membership & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

The key principles are:

• Monthly memberships are non-refundable once a payment has processed
• Annual memberships are non-refundable, representing a commitment to the full 12-month term
• If you cancel an annual membership mid-year, a pro-rata calculation will apply, including the full monthly rate and the cost of any included 1-to-1 session
• Refunds in exceptional circumstances are at the sole discretion of AffiliNation management

7. Community Rules & Conduct

By joining the AffiliNation community, you agree to conduct yourself in a professional, respectful, and constructive manner at all times.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, bullying, or abusive behaviour toward any member, coach, or member of the AffiliNation team
• Sharing, reproducing, or distributing any content, materials, or resources from within the community without AffiliNation’s prior written consent
• Promoting competing communities, services, or products within AffiliNation channels without prior permission
• Sharing false, misleading, or defamatory information about AffiliNation, its team, or its brand partners
• Spamming, unsolicited direct messaging, or any other disruptive behaviour
• Any activity that is unlawful, fraudulent, or in breach of TikTok Shop’s or any other platform’s terms of service

AffiliNation reserves the right to remove any member from the community, with immediate effect and without refund, for breach of these conduct standards or for any behaviour deemed by AffiliNation management to be harmful to the community, its members, or its brand partnerships.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, resources, frameworks, templates, coaching recordings, and guides made available within the AffiliNation community are the intellectual property of AffiliNation Agency Ltd. unless otherwise stated.

As a member, you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own business purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, or redistribute any AffiliNation materials to third parties
• Use AffiliNation content to create competing products or services
• Share login credentials or provide access to the community to any person who is not a paying member
• Record or screenshot coaching calls or community content for distribution outside the community without prior written consent

Your own content — including videos, posts, and materials you create — remains your intellectual property. By sharing content within the AffiliNation community, you grant AffiliNation a non-exclusive licence to reference, share, or feature your content for promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.

9. Brand Opportunities & Campaign Participation

AffiliNation works with brands to provide campaign opportunities and creator matching for members. In connection with this:

• Participation in any brand campaign is voluntary and subject to the brand’s own terms
• AffiliNation acts as an introducer and facilitator — we are not a party to any agreement between you and a brand
• Commission rates, deliverables, and campaign terms are set by the brand and will be communicated to you in advance
• AffiliNation makes no guarantee that any particular campaign opportunity will be offered to you
• Your conduct in any brand campaign reflects on AffiliNation — professional behaviour is expected at all times
• Any earnings you generate through brand campaigns are your own income and are subject to your own tax and reporting obligations

10. Independent Contractor Status

Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency between you and AffiliNation Agency Ltd. You are an independent member accessing a service. You are responsible for your own tax affairs, business decisions, and compliance with applicable laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• AffiliNation’s total aggregate liability to you in connection with your membership shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim
• AffiliNation is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss, including loss of profit, loss of earnings, or loss of business opportunity
• AffiliNation is not responsible for the actions, content, or conduct of other community members
• AffiliNation is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your participation in brand campaigns, your use of TikTok Shop, or your reliance on any information provided within the community

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Disclaimers

• AffiliNation does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. Nothing within the community constitutes professional advice of any kind.
• Any income figures, earnings examples, or results referenced in AffiliNation’s content are illustrative only and are not a guarantee or prediction of your results.
• AffiliNation is not responsible for changes to TikTok Shop’s policies, algorithm, or platform features that may affect your business.
• Third-party tools, platforms, or services referenced within the community are independent of AffiliNation. We do not endorse or take responsibility for them.

13. Data Protection & Privacy

AffiliNation processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

By joining the community, you consent to us contacting you with information relevant to your membership, including announcements, coaching schedules, and campaign opportunities. You can update your communication preferences at any time.

14. Changes to These Terms

AffiliNation reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify members of any material changes with at least 14 days’ notice before they take effect. Your continued membership after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The current version of these Terms will always be available in the AffiliNation Discord server.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes arising from your membership shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Membership & Refund Policy and any specific tier or campaign terms communicated to you at the point of purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and AffiliNation Agency Ltd. in relation to your membership.

They supersede all prior discussions, representations, or agreements.
