- Membership and billing records – subscription tier, payment history, dates of purchase and renewal
- Access and activity data – records of your membership status, coaching call attendance, and community engagement where relevant to your account

- Payment processors – confirmation of successful or failed payments
- Discord – basic account and server activity data where relevant to managing your membership access
- TikTok Shop / brand platforms – performance data relating to campaigns you participate in through the community, where shared with us
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data for the following purposes:

Opting out of marketing does not affect communications related to your active membership.

- Discord – to manage your community access and membership permissions

- Coaches and team members – internal team members may access your data as necessary to deliver the services you have subscribed to
