AffiliNation Membership and Refund Policy

What You’re Paying For

Your membership gives you access to the AffiliNation community and everything inside it. This includes:

• Access to all coaching calls and replays
• Brand briefs, campaign opportunities, and creator matching
• Content reviews and personalised feedback
• Community support via Discord
• Access to all resources, guides, and tools
• Any bonuses, events, or additions we bring in during your membership

You are paying for access – not for results, and not for a guaranteed outcome. What you get out of AffiliNation is directly linked to what you put in.

Monthly Membership

Your membership renews automatically each month. You can cancel at any time – your access will continue until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again after that.

Monthly memberships are non-refundable. Once a payment has processed, that month is paid for and no refunds will be issued.

Annual Membership

If you choose to pay annually, you receive:

• Two months free – you pay for 10 months, you get 12
• One complimentary 1-to-1 session of your choice with AffiliNation management

Annual membership is billed as a single upfront payment.

Annual memberships are non-refundable. By choosing the annual option, you are committing to a full 12-month membership in exchange for the discounted rate and the included 1-to-1.

Cancellation Mid-Year (Annual Members)

If you are on an annual membership and wish to leave before your 12 months are up, the following applies:

1. A pro-rata calculation will be made based on the time remaining.
2. The full standard monthly rate (calculated at the time you paid the fee) will be applied to every month you have been a member – not the discounted annual rate.
3. The value of your complimentary 1-to-1 session will be deducted from any amount owing – the 1-to-1 is a benefit of completing the annual commitment, and is no longer free if you leave early.
4. Any remaining balance after these deductions may be refunded at AffiliNation’s discretion.

In most cases, given the discounts already applied, there may be little or no refund amount remaining after the above calculations.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that life happens. In genuinely exceptional circumstances – such as serious illness or bereavement – refund requests may be considered at the sole discretion of AffiliNation management.

These requests must be made in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Exceptional circumstances do not include a change of mind, reduced engagement, or dissatisfaction with results.

What This Policy Is Not

• This is not a guarantee that you will make money
• This is not a contract of employment or a managed service agreement
• Cancelling your membership does not entitle you to a refund of any months already paid

Your Agreement

By purchasing a membership – monthly or annual – you confirm that:

• You have read and understood this policy
• You accept that payments are non-refundable except in the circumstances described above
• You understand the terms of the annual membership, including the pro-rata calculation and the 1-to-1 conditions

AffiliNation reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes in advance.
